We understand that unanticipated events happen every day.
In our efforts to be most accommodating to our clients, our policies are as follow:
You will only be charged 100% of the session cost if you fail to notify Help On Health of your cancellation at least 24 hours before or if you cancel on the same day.
The reason being because we would like to have that slot open for someone else to schedule an appointment.
We require a credit card or other form of payment to book the appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forget their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no-show.
If you are a no-show, your credit card on file will be charged the full 100% of your appointment.
A $20 fee will be charged for declined payments.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session.
Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
